Asst.Prof.Naseer Khidhir Sulaiman Jacksi a professor in the Department of Islamic Studies, University of Zakho, gave a lecture entitled "early marriage and their implications / A Doctrinal Legal comparison study" at 10am. at the occasion"s hall at the Martyr Mala Ameen"s Mosque.

In the presence of Imams and preachers and Religious scholars of Zakho، and Mr. Sman، the Director General of Awqaf of Dohuk governorate, and Mr. Said the Director of Endowments of Zakho district.
